big are Storage Units?
Storage
units come in a wide variety of sizes. Unit sizes and availability may vary by
facility, please look at the Self-Storage tab for more information. We also

everything you plan to store.

can I access my Storage Unit?

security features are available?
For
your peace of mind, our facilities have 24-hour video recording and security code-enabled, gated
entryways to be activated soon to ensure only our staff and tenants have access
to the facility.
Do
I need Renters’ Insurance?
We
advise you to get renters insurance on your unit. The owner shall not be liable
for any loss or damage to tenants’ personal property.
What
items are not allowed for self-storage?
While
self-storage has a wide variety of uses, we do not permit the following
items to be stored at The Barns:

unit’s climate controlled?
No,
self-storage units are not climate controlled.
Can
I store a car or motorcycle in a Storage Unit?
Yes! Working vehicles can be stored in
storage units. Storage units serve as a secure, safe space for vehicles of all
sizes. We also have outdoor storage available for cars, RVs, boats, and more.
Can I use my unit for auto repairs?
No
How
long is a standard Storage Unit Lease Agreement?
We
have month-to-month leases available, allowing you to move in and move out with
just a notice of 15 days.
Can
I live in a Storage Unit?
Living
in a storage unit is against the law. Doing so will result in immediate
termination of your rental agreement.
Do
I need my own Storage Unit lock?
No,
we provide 1 high collared text to release lock at no cost to the tenant.
Can
I install shelving in my Storage Unit?
Shelves
can help you utilize the vertical space in your storage unit and keep your possessions
more organized, so you’re welcome to add free-standing shelves to your
unit. Make sure you leave your unit just the way you found it.
Can
I have a sale at my unit?
No
What
happens when I move out of my storage unit?
We
require a minimum 15-day notice before you move out. Your unit must be clean,
undamaged, and completely empty at the time of your lease termination.
